We learned last week that Meizu was planning to launch an affordable phablet called M3 Note on April 6, but we had no confirmation on the phone’s specs.

Meizu M3 Note will be launched in China next week and should be available for purchase for $120 (16GB model) and $155 (32GB model), respectively. Meizu is expected to release another mid-range Android smartphone along with the phablet mentioned earlier, which is called M3.

The price for Meizu M3 is unknown at the moment, but as we’re getting close to its release, there’s a high chance that we will learn more details on the matter.

The important thing is information about the M3 Note has just appeared on AnTuTu benchmark, GizChina reports. Thanks to the listing at AnTuTu, we now know the phablet will come equipped with a powerful octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor, coupled with a Mali-T860 graphics processing unit and either 2GB or 3GB of RAM.

Hopefully, it will provide microSD card slot too

Since the M3 Note will be available in two versions, it will come with either 16GB or 32GB of internal memory, which, hopefully, will be expandable via microSD card slot.

Furthermore, Meizu M3 Note should sport a 5.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution. At the back, the handset is likely to pack a 13-megapixel photo snapper with autofocus, LED flash and video recording, while in the front there should be a secondary 5-megapixel selfie camera.

Meizu fans might be disappointed by the fact that M3 Note will ship with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system right out of the box, but we should not rule out a possible upgrade soon after launch.

No information about M3 Note’s battery has been revealed in AnTuTu, but previous rumors suggest the phablet should be powered by a decent 3,200 mAh battery.
