LG announced that it scheduled an event on September 6 in San Francisco and on the following day in Seoul in order to unveil the LG V20, its next flagship phone. A new report that has just surfaced shows that pre-orders for the LG V20 might go live on September 14 while the handset could be released on September 23.

A post on Reddit shows that LG V20 could be released on September 23, according to user Jordanpeterson234512, who also leaked information on Samsung's Galaxy Note 7 before its official announcement. Previously, LG informed us that the smartphone could start shipping in the third quarter, and this rumored release date seems to correspond to the company's statement.

Aside from the date when pre-orders will go live and when the V20 will hit stores, the user has also mentioned some bonus accessories that could come with the smartphone.

The leakster is referring to the V20 model to be offered by T-Mobile and reveals that the smartphone could be priced at $650 off contract, with some bonuses for customers who pre-order it. The company will reportedly be providing a T-Mobile exclusive bonus package of 1 year of free Hulu subscription and three free Vudu rentals.

T-Mobile customers could get modular accessories for their pre-orders of V20

In addition, customers could benefit from extra accessories like an “enhanced hand grip” and a “memory module attachment.” These two accessories remind us of the modular accessories that were offered together with the LG G5. If that actually happens, then LG's V20 will surely be a very attractive smartphone, considering other rumored specs expected to be featured on the device.

LG V20 is said to be the first non-Nexus smartphone to run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, and word is that the handset will also come with a Snapdragon 820 processor and a Quad HD display of at least 5.5 inches. The fingerprint sensor is likely to be featured on the back panel, and LG has announced that the V20 will be the first handset to come with a 32-bit Quad DAC chip for enhanced audio capabilities.
