LG announced its highly anticipated flagship, the V20, at the start of September, when the company held an event in San Francisco. The smartphone was received relatively well on the market, considering that it comes with many advantages to other LG phones.

The non-modular LG flagship will be made available for purchase in South Korea this week, the company mentioned in a press release (via Android Headlines). LG announced that the V20 would be made available in key markets like North America, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East in the next several weeks.

The company didn't mention Europe in the press release and we reported at the start of the month that an LG official said the company was undecided whether to release the V20 to Europe. We just might have to wait and see if the company will indeed make it available or not.

The price and availability will be announced soon

LG also mentioned that the exact price and specific date of availability would be announced for each market individually. The V20 is a successor to last year's V10 and has some significant similarities to its predecessor.

It comes with a main display of 5.7 inches, with QHD resolution and 513ppi pixel density. It's coupled with a secondary display that has 2.1 inches and the ability to show missed notifications, the time, the user signature, and more. The V20 is the first announced smartphone to run Android 7.0 Nougat, and one of its strong points is represented by its impressive audio capabilities.

The phone has HD Audio Recorder with Hi-Fi and supports 24 bit/192kHz FLAC. It also comes with Quad DAC and can record sound in loud environments. Aside from this, the dual camera setup on the back is surely a selling point, as it incorporates an 8MP wide angle camera and a 16MP normal shooter. The smartphone runs SD820, has 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, and a 3,200mAh battery.
