14 DAY TRIAL // Lenovo has just announced that it has released the Vibe K5 Note in India today, together with an upgraded K5 Plus model. The Vibe K5 Plus comes with some improved features compared to its predecessor that was launched in India in March of this year, according to Android Authority.
The Vibe K5 Plus comes with an added 1GB of RAM, making it reach a 3GB RAM capacity. It also has the option to expand storage capacity up to 128GB using a microSD card.
The smartphone packs a 5-inch Full HD display and hides a Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor and a 2,750mAh battery inside. Although the new smartphone comes with upgraded features, Lenovo has kept the price at the same level, which means that the Vibe K5 Plus costs approximately $127.

Lenovo Vibe K5 Note boast a full-metal body, having curves at the side and at the top and bottom, as well as on the back. The K5 Note sports a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS LCD display and provides 32GB of internal storage, with the option to expand to 128GB using a microSD card.
Rear camera capacity reaches 13MP. We're talking about an ISOCELL camera, which has phase detection autofocus and dual-LED flash. There's also an 8MP unit on the front with wide angle lens for capturing better selfies.
The device sports an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor clocked at 1.8GHz. Moreover, the handset is said to pack either 3GB or 4GB of RAM, while the battery capacity reaches 3,500mAh, enough to keep its lights on for a fair amount of time.
Vibe K5 Note comes with 1.5W speaker with Dolby ATMOS surround sound and support for Lenovo’s TheatreMax technology. It also comes with an ANT VR headset for games and videos in virtual reality. What's more, you are also provided with the option to use a Bluetooth controller, coupled to the device.
Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus will be available starting August 4, and its price should start at $180 for the 3GB of RAM variant while the 4GB variant should cost about $202.
