After launching the Cloud Swift mid-range smartphone to some success, Indian OEM Intex is back with yet another budget-friendly handset.

The new Intex Cloud Flash will be available for purchase in India in the coming days for Rs 9,999 outright, which is about $150 or €135.

Potential customers should know that the smartphone will only be available via Gadgets 360. Also, Intex announced that Airtel customers will get double data offer with the purchase of the Cloud Flash.

Last but not least, Intex Cloud Flash has been released in two color versions: Black and White, both with Champagne color.

Moving on to specs, the entry-level smartphone comes equipped with a 64-bit 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor, a Mali-T720 graphics processing unit and 2GB of RAM.

Pretty standard specs for a budget-friendly smartphone

The handset comes with 16GB of storage inside, which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot. The Cloud Flash features 4G LTE and dual-SIM support, but also other connectivity options like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS with AGPS.

At the back, Intex's smartphone packs a 13-megapixel photo snapper with autofocus, LED flash and video recording while in the front there's a secondary 5-megapixel camera for video calls and selfies.

Intex Cloud Flash is powered by a 2,300 mAh battery and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system right out of the box.
