iFive continues to lower the prices of its offerings

Remember I told you Chinese manufacturer iFive had just launched its Mini 3 Retina tablet, a product with an impressive Retina Resolution-like display and Android 4.4 KitKat straight out of the box.

Well, it appears iFive is gearing up to release another slate, this time with an incredibly cheap price tag. The new model, iFive 100 can be seen in the picture above sporting an incredible thin figure (reminiscent of the iPad mini of course, albeit smaller).

Nevertheless, it’s pretty obvious from the minuscule price tag ($50 / €37) that we’re dealing with a tablet with a plastic body. Even so the 7-inch tablet looks pretty swell and will even give users a choice in the color department (orange, black or green).

So far we don’t know anything about resolution or internal specifications, but I expect them to be very low. Or who knows, iFive might surprise us here with something decent.
