Huawei has certainly been busy this year. After introducing its flagship smartphones, the P10 and P10 Plus, the Chinese company is now focusing on releasing mid-range and entry-level smartphones, like the Enjoy 7 Plus.

Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus was recently introduced in China, with a price tag of $230 and some really appealing specs. The smartphone comes with a very large 5.5-inch display with HD pixel resolution and runs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 435 platform, coupled with Adreno 505 graphics processing unit.

Aside from this, RAM capacity is at a comfortable level of 3GB, while users will be able to enjoy 32GB of internal storage for saving their images, videos and documents. RAM capacity and memory are quite enough for a mid-ranger, but the battery is the main selling point of this new smartphone.

4,000mAh battery and Android 7.0 Nougat

A massive 4,000mAh battery will help keep Enjoy 7 Plus’ lights on, while users work and enjoy applications running on Android 7.0 Nougat. For snapping images, Enjoy 7 Plus offers a 12MP main camera with LED flash, while the selfie snapper reaches 8MP, same as on the P10.

The fingerprint scanner is located on the metal rear panel, which gives mid-ranger Enjoy 7 Plus a premium feel. For charging, Enjoy 7 Plus uses a microUSD port, while the 3.5mm headphone jack is located at the top of the device, which comes in a white color.

Enjoy 7 Plus is intended for the market in China, but we expect Huawei to make it available in other markets as well, possibly under a different retail name that wasn’t disclosed yet. Enjoy 5 is also known as Huawei Y6 Pro, so perhaps Enjoy 7 Plus will have a similar moniker. The phone will arrive at China Telecom soon, according to Roland Quandt.

Meanwhile, Huawei continues to focus on promoting the P10, P10 Plus and P10 Lite in the flagship segment.
