You might or might not recall our previous report on the Facebook beta for Windows 10 Mobile, which picked up a few improvements in the latest update. Today, Microsoft added most of those new features and improvements to the stable version.

The new iteration of Facebook for Windows 10 Mobile doesn't come with an official changelog attached to it, but many users are reporting that the application does seem to include the same new feature and improvements that have recently been added in the beta version, WindowsCentral claims.

Continuum support has been mentioned as part of this update, but many users report this as not available yet.

Furthermore, the latest update should also add actionable notifications, lock screen badge notifications and bidirectional language support.

Some changes might not be noticeable at first glance

But that's not all, Microsoft also included some people app integration improvements, as well as stabilization enhancements. Something that Facebook users have been complaining about for a while now, faulty contact sync should now work much better.

Some localization improvements and fixes, along with fixes for issues with notification navigation have been implemented, too.

Last but not least, many scaling issues have been addressed in this update. Lots of other bug fixes are included in the new version of Facebook for Windows 10 Mobile.

Obviously, some of the changes mentioned in the beta version of Facebook might not have been applied to the stable build, which is why you might not notice any improvements to contact sync, for example.

Let us know in the comments section if you notice any other changes in the new version of Facebook for Windows 10 Mobile, or some that are missing.

If you want the new version of the application, you can now download Facebook for Windows 10 Mobile for free via Windows Store. It should be fully compatible with all devices running Windows 10 Mobile and up.
