The new betas are now available to registered developers

Apple released on Monday the fourth beta updates to its upcoming iOS 11.4, macOS High Sierra 10.13.5, tvOS 11.4, and watchOS 4.3.1 operating system for registered developers with an active Apple Developer subscription.

Coming just one week after the beta 3 update, today's iOS 11.4 beta 4 (15F5071a), macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 beta 4 (17F66a), tvOS 11.4 beta 4 (15L5570a), and watchOS 4.3.1 beta 4 (15T5565a) releases are now available for installation on your enrolled devices if you're an application developer with a paid and active Apple Developer account.

While developers running last week's iOS 11.4, macOS High Sierra 10.13.5, tvOS 11.4, and watchOS 4.3.1 beta 3 can now update their devices to the beta 4 release through the built-in OTA (Over-the-Air) update system, those who want to install the new beta version will first need to download the respective beta profiles from the Downloads page on their Apple Developer accounts.

Public beta 4 of iOS 11.4, macOS 10.13.5, and tvOS 11.4 coming soon

The iOS 11.4, macOS High Sierra 10.13.5, tvOS 11.4, and watchOS 4.3.1 beta 4 releases provide application developers with an updated SDK (Software Developer Kit) that includes support for developing iOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS apps for Apple's upcoming iOS 11.4, macOS High Sierra 10.13.5, tvOS 11.4, and watchOS 4.3.1 operating systems. The SDKs comes bundled with Xcode 9.4 beta 2.

While there's no there's no word on the changes Apple's engineers implemented in today's beta 4 updates for iOS 11.4, macOS High Sierra 10.13.5, tvOS 11.4, and watchOS 4.3.1, as Apple did not update the release notes available on our Apple Developer account, we expect the public beta 4 of iOS 11.4, macOS High Sierra 10.13.5, and tvOS 11.4 to be available for public testing very soon.

If you're interested in running these latest beta releases on your devices, you should know that iOS 11.4 supports iPhone 5S and later devices, macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 works with MacBook Late 2009, MacBook Air Late 2010, MacBook Pro Mid 2010, Mac mini Mid 2010, iMac Late 2010, iMac Pro (2017), Mac Pro Mid 2010 or newer computers, tvOS 11.4 supports Apple TV 4th generation and Apple TV 4K, and watchOS 4.3.1 works with all Apple Watch models.

Update 9:59pm: As expected, Apple released the public beta 4 releases of its upcoming iOS 11.4, macOS High Sierra 10.13.5, and tvOS 11.4 operating systems for public beta testing. If you plan on installing any of them, please consider following the instructions provided by us herehere and here. However, we do not encourage users to run beta software on their devices if they want to have a very stable iOS, macOS, and tvOS experience!
