This fall just got a whole lot more interesting: following mad speculation that Adele would be releasing her third, long-awaited album sometime in November, and major teasing from the singer herself, in the form of a new song sample airing on The X Factor, we finally get official word on the upcoming release.

As speculated, Adele’s third album will be called “25” and yes, it will be out on November 20. This release date has been circulated widely in the media, and another rumor is saying that, after the X Factor teaser from last weekend, which confirmed Adele was coming out with new music, many lesser known artists pushed back their own releases, fully knowing they didn’t stand a chance against hers.

An even better piece of news is that the 28-second sample that aired on X Factor will be Adele’s first single. It’s called “Hello” and it will drop today, Friday, October 23, 2015, and will come accompanied by a music video directed by Xavier Dolan.

Adele will be discussing the new album in detail, as well as why it took her 4 log years to come out with it in a new interview for Apple Music with DJ Zane Lowe, a snippet of which you can find embedded below.

The video also included there is the aforementioned X Factor teaser. And here’s the official “25” tracklist:

“Hello” “Send My Love (To Your New Lover)” “I Miss You” “When We Were Young” “Remedy” “Water Under the Bridge” “River Lea” “Love in the Dark” “Million Years Ago” “All I Ask” “Sweetest Devotion”
