The new Pocket PC runs on Windows Mobile 5.0 platform

The German company Yakumo announced a new Pocket PC at CeBIT 2006 - the new Yakumo deltaX 5 BT Navigator 3 Europe.

The device runs the Windows Mobile 5.0 for Pocket PCs as an operating system and is powered by the Samsung 2440 processor (300MHz).

The main features of the Yakumo's deltaX 5 BT Navigator are: Samsung Processor 2440 (300 Mhz), 512 MB ROM and 64 MB SDRAM memory, 3.5 inch TFT LCD display with a 240 ? 320 pixel resolution, SIRF Star III (20-channel), connector for external GPS antenna, Bluetooth, USB 1.1, and IR connectivity, integrated MP3 player and integrated voice recorder. In addition, the new Pocket PC supports both portrait and landscape views (2D and 3D), selectable day / night display mode. As for the software, deltaX 5 BT Navigator features navigation software ?Marco Polo Mobile Navigator 3" and it contains a routing optimizer for different vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, walkers and caravans.

The price of the Yakumo deltaX 5 BT Navigator 3 Europe will start from 333 Euros.
