Xiaomi is prepping four new smartphones for 2015

After months of waiting, Xiaomi finally launched the Mi Note Pro flagship in China, a phone that takes advantage of the services of Snapdragon 810.

A few weeks prior to that, the Chinese device maker had rolled out the Mi 4i in India, which came with impressive specs and a truly affordable price.

But Xiaomi is not going to stop here. As the company’s leaked product roadmap reveals, China’s Apple still has a lot to show us this year (as seen at Mobile Dad).

More is to be expected from Xiaomi in 2015

The rumor mill warned us that the device maker would be introducing the Mi5 and Redmi Note 2 sometime this year, but now we’re shown that the Redmi Note 2 Pro and Mi 4s are also on the timetable for release.

So it appears Xiaomi will be rolling out the Mi 4s in June, while the Mi5 will follow later, in November. Quite an avalanche of Xiaomi devices is headed our way.

If the current information turns out to be true, we’ll see the Xiaomi Mi 4s arrive with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor under the hood, a 5-inch FHD (1080p) display and a 13MP OIS camera, plus a 4MP Ultrapixel selfie shooter.

A month later, in July, Xiaomi will roll out two Redmi Note 2 versions. The standard version will arrive with a 5.5-inch HD display and a Snapdragon 410 chipset under the hood, while the Pro model will take advantage of a 5.5-inch FHD display with Snapdragon 615 breathing life into the whole affair.

Both smartphones will don a 13MP/5MP camera combo.

Xiaomi Mi5 is going to be a beast

Last but not least, Xiaomi will offer another monster device that has previously leaked into the wild. The Mi5 will make a debut in November, and when it does, we will welcome a handset with a 5.2-inch display with QHD resolution, a Snapdragon 820 processor under the hood, and a 20.2MP rear camera.

We’re not given any info about RAM capacity, but it sure looks like the Mi5 might be one of those smartphones taking advantage of 4GB of RAM.

No word on pricing either, although we shouldn't see rates escalate as far as for devices like the Samsung Galaxy S6.

What do you think? Are you excited about any of Xiaomi’s upcoming models?
