Customizable characters, state of the art visuals and 2 new names, good enough for you?

Have you seen the Tekken 6 trailer? Wow! Talk about finesse! Of course bad mouths didn't hesitate to criticize it and say that the actual game won't live up to the trailer's expectations. But just in case you were wondering who's right and who's wrong, just check it out and see for yourself. The obviously highly defined visuals that can very well be observed in the mostly in-game trailer say it all. Adding the two new characters Leo and Zafina who have the same Tekken-like-character look as every character in the series, Tekken 6 cannot miss if it brings what the trailer says it will.

One thing caught my eye in particularly and that's that characters can be customized, or so shows Gun Jack's character in the video. Apparently (him being a half human-half machine guy) lots of destruction devices and accessories can be strapped on his body like guns and hard machinery which make him even bigger than he already is. Plus, I've seen a couple of new moves and grabs for the classic Tekken character.

The 2 new ones however, aren't that impressive regarding moves. Looks on the other hand are on their side, especially Zafina's. Regarding fighting experience, the hits don't end up in flashes anymore, not even the powerful ones. There are just the small blood-red impact signs that occur when smaller damage is inflicted on the opponent, in earlier games in the series. Overall, colors, atmosphere, surroundings and camera view are very well tailored, making the game look like a worthy successor in Namco's fighting series, so before you log out, be sure that you watch the video yourself. Believe me, if you're a Tekken fan, you'll see the difference.
