Wireless services provide T-Mobile is gearing up for the release of new handsets on its network, and some of them will be in line with the season, it seems.

Apparently, the carrier is preparing the launch of a white flavor of the Android-based Samsung Galaxy S II, while also having in plan a pale BlackBerry Bold 9900 smartphone.

T-Mobile has already confirmed plans to launch the pearly white version of the Galaxy S II, though the company did not offer specific info on when the handset would be set to hit shelves.

They did say, however, that it will be launched in the coming weeks, in time for the holiday season.

While specific info on the hardware capabilities that the new mobile phone would sport did not emerge for the time being, rumor has it that it will include the same specs as the original device.

Basically, this means that users will be able to enjoy a fast 1.5GHz dual-core application processor inside it, along with the large 4.5-inch Super AMOLED screen and 1GB of RAM for increased performance capabilities.

16GB of internal memory, an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, along with WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities, and support for the wireless carrier's fast 4G HSPA+ network will also be included into the mix.

In addition to the white Galaxy S II, T-Mobile is also gearing up for releasing the same color flavor of the Bold 9900 smartphone from RIM.

A recently leaked document from the carrier shows that, but specific info on the matter lacks at the moment. However, the same as the white Galaxy S II, the new Bold flavor will keep the hardware specs of the original.

That means a large 2.8-inch touchscreen display, a 1.2GHz application processor inside, 8GB of internal memory, microSD memory card slot, and a 5MP camera on the back.

The Android handset is expected to go for $229.99 at Magenta, while the BlackBerry device will be priced at $299.99.
