Today, wireless services provider T-Mobile announced the availability of its 4G network in 11 new markets, now offering the faster data transfer speeds that its 4G (HSPA+ 42) airwaves can deliver to a number of around 180 million Americans in 163 markets.

Starting today, the HPSA+ 42 service from Magenta is available for users in Bend, Medford and Corvallis, Ore.; Benton Harbor, Mich.; Bloomington, Champaign–Urbana and Springfield, Ill.; Columbus, Ga.; Hagerstown, Md.; Montgomery, Ala; Yuba City, Calif, in addition to existing markets.

At the same time, the mobile phone carrier announced that its 4G (HSPA+ 21) network was made available in a number of 9 new markets, and that it now offers coverage in a number of 208 markets across the country.

Corvallis, Ore.; Decatur and Peoria, Ill.; Evansville, Ind.; Holland and Kalamazoo, Mich.; Santa Barbara, Calif; State College, Pa.; Yuba City, Calif are the new markets that benefit from T-Mobile's HSPA+ 21 service.

The wireless carrier is committed to continuing the expansion of its 4G network to more markets around the country, so that more of its customers can benefit from a rich mobile data experience regardless their location.

Not to mention that the company has added to its offering a wide range of devices that can connect to the HSPA+ network, such as smartphones, tablets, mobile hotspots and more.

“Our customers are taking full advantage of these faster 4G connections through services such as streaming video and audio. In fact, these services now account for more than half of the 4G device usage on our network,” said Neville Ray, chief technology officer, T-Mobile USA.

The wireless operator notes that there are more than 25 4G devices available now for its customers, so that they could benefit from fast Internet access, file downloads, and more.
