Again, if you can't get anything interesting with the PS3, just grab this here offer on the PS2

Always wanted your very own PS2 system but could never afford it? Very unlikely, but if that's the case, then here's your opportunity to get one really cheap, and I mean REALLY CHEAP: 50 of what David Beckham uses to get ice cream. OK, I know, my jokes today aren't exactly stand-up comedy so I'll lay it out for you using normal sentences. Asda Store has recently confirmed that they're almost giving PS2 systems for free, at only 50 pounds a unit, plus (a rather unconfirmed rumor) games for the same platform can be acquired for the price of 6 pounds.

Is this the deal of the century or what? Even if those atSony are keeping their chins up concerning their last system released, the PS3, they really have motives of concern. The PS2 has been around for 7 years now, yeah...that's right 7 years, just like ATB's last discography is called, in case you thought you misread, and still, there is demand for it. Of course the PS3 hasn't been launched in Europe yet but that doesn't mean that it's popular everywhere else in the world.

Naturally, the next move after the PS2 systems run out would be to sell cheaper Xboxes, GameCube systems and older handhelds but that remains to be seen. The bottom line is that the PS2 has been and always will be a true winner. In these 7 years since it was released it has been the host of the best games in the world, combining a gaming system with Internet features and probably the last of the PlayStation series to have the Dual-Shock analog controller that actually rumbles. Whatever the next console after the PS3 brings, it won't surely replace the PS2. In fans' hearts that is.
