14 DAY TRIAL // A new high-end mobile phone is now available for pre-order in the UK, namely the Nokia N8, which has just made an appearance on Vodafone UK's website, from where those interested in it can secure a unit for use on the carrier's network.
Nokia N8, the first Symbian^3-based mobile phone from Nokia, has started shipping two days ago in various markets around the world to all those users who pre-ordered it from the handset vendor.
However, the handset would also go on sale around the world via wireless carriers, and Vodafone UK is among those to make it available to their customers in the near future.
According to the operator, those who will pre-order their Nokia N8 units on its website should receive it by October 22nd, about three weeks from now.
Moreover, the wireless carrier says that its users would get the Nokia N8 for free if they commit to a contract agreement on a plan that starts at £29.37.

The Nokia N8 is the first device from the company to come with a 12-megapixel photo snapper included into the mix, thus offering enhanced photography capabilities to its users.
However, a wide range of other features were also packed in the device, including improved multimedia capabilities, social networking features, video recording, and more.
Not to mention that the mobile phone comes with 16GB of built in memory, complemented by a microSD memory card with support for at least 16GB of additional storage space.
The N8 also comes with a wide range of other smartphone capabilities, including 3G connectivity options, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities, a 3.5-inch touchscreen display, FM radio, built in GPS navigation, and others more.
As stated above, the new smartphone from Nokia is capable of keeping users connected at all times with their friends and family.
“Finding those texts, tweets, emails, Facebook updates and more from your friends is simple with the Nokia N8 phone. Everything from each person is stored in their profile – making it really easy to stay in touch,” Vodafone notes.
