14 DAY TRIAL // A photo spread in the iconic Vogue magazine has always been the preserve of only the most exquisite beauties in showbiz, be them celebrities or models. Nevertheless, it seems that Victoria Beckham is in an entire league of her own, since she managed to do so three times in less than a year. This time, it’s Vogue Russia that Victoria has posed for, and the issue featuring her is now out at newsstands.
Dressed in her own creations, as the British media is reporting, Posh managed to strike some of her best poses for Norwegian photographer Solve Sundsbo, who also worked with model Eva Hertzigova. Still classy to the point of the strictest elegance ever seen on a celebrity, Victoria also brought forth a certain something of the charm of the Soviet woman, posing with a military/police cap shadowing her eyes and making her svelte silhouette seem even svelter.
Speaking of her frock collection, which has, so far, proven immensely successful, Victoria assured fans / buyers that she could personally guarantee for every item included in it, as she made sure that what came out and hit stores was nothing but a woman’s dream come true in terms of fashion. “[T]he inspiration is me. I have tried every one of the dresses on, lived in them, to work out what feels right. I hope the silhouette is what every woman wants to wear.” Victoria said.
Posh’s latest appearance in Vogue also comes close on the heels of her highly publicized ads for Armani lingerie, which, again, made ample use of her apparent moodiness and total lack of cuteness, playing on her aggressive, fierce look. All in all, the former singer has had a terribly good media run over these past months and, clearly, from what those she has worked with are saying, more is yet to come.
“She is a stylish and intriguing woman. […] I wanted to work with someone who would make a real impression. I’m sure Victoria’s presence will generate great excitement and contribute to the continued international growth of our business.” Mr. Armani stated upon the launch of the new Armani Lingerie ads. With such a recommendation, it’s no wonder Victoria is probably assaulted with offers from all over, it has been pointed out.
