The Google logo is all over its box

The highly rumored / commented upon Nexus One by HTC has just received the well deserved unboxing treatment. We already had the chance to take a look at a series of photos with the device, and we've also seen a series of short videos with it available, yet now a little more action has arrived, and the phone can be seen brought out of its box.

Interestingly enough, as it happened with the reports on the device before too, there are not too many details unveiled this time either, so there is not too much to go along with. However, one can see in one of the images that the Nexus One comes around with a little protective pouch, which has the Android logo all over it. Also, since the Google logo is present on the handset's box, one can easily imagine that the Google experience (including services and applications) will be greatly enhanced with this one.

There is also a video available with the device, though it does not show too much either, just as the previously seen ones did. However, the emergence of new photos with the phone might suggest that the official announcement won't be too far in the future, and those rumors on T-Mobile launching the Nexus One sometime in early 2010 might prove real in the end.

Beside the unboxing photos with the mobile phone, two other images have surfaced, one showing it accessing Google Goggles, the service that was launched not too long ago by the search engine company, and the other showing it browsing over the Internet. While it looks very appealing, we still cannot get over the fact that it has been said to lack multi-touch in the browser.

Moreover, some of the previous reports on Nexus One also suggested that the camera flash was not as powerful as expected, and that the lack of a dedicated camera button was another drawback. However, the phone will come to the market with micro-USB connectivity, it seems, as well as with a micro-SD memory card slot (which can be spotted in one of the new photos).
