Randomly generated dungeons will bring the pleasure and the pain

The tons of Pokemon fans in Europe were probably very envious on their American or Japanese friends, since they already have Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers Of Time and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers Of Darkness, enjoying all the fun of actually being a Pokemon. But things are about to change, since Nintendo has decided to finally release the Pokemon games for the Nintendo DS in Europe, too. Still, we can't really understand why they let us wait all the way until the 4th of July. Well... at least now we have an official date, which is much better than nothing!

The titles will bring fans worlds populated entirely by Pokemons, and they will be one of them. The really interesting part is the fact that you don't get to choose which Pokemon you'll be, but the character will choose you, after you answer some questions in a quiz. Which is absolutely great because it means that you'll get the closest thing to the real you in the game. Also, you'll have to choose a companion for your adventure - so, you'll never be alone, no matter how far or deep you go into the dungeons.

Another great thing regarding Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers Of Time and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers Of Darkness is the fact that they are completely unpredictable, as Pokemon fans soon find out that the treasures hidden in the dungeons are not the only secrets in the world! As players search and battle Pokemons, they will discover that a bad one has traveled back in time to steal the Time Gears hidden in the farthest corners of the world. It is up to the player to build an Exploration Team brave enough to take on this enemy, prevent Time from stopping and the whole world from plunging into Darkness.

Still, in this game, if you are defeated, you will really need the help of your team or friends if you want to go on - you'll have to issue an SOS mail to your friends or team to enter the dungeon and try to save you. If they succeed, no money or items will be lost and the expedition will continue as if nothing happened. You don't want to lose, though...

With over 1 million copies of previous Pokemon Mysteries sold in Europe and 1.5 Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers Of Time and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers Of Darkness in the US and Japan since the game was released, there is a huge possibility that Nintendo's next release will be a financial hit. Still, we can't understand why they're releasing it so late. The 4th of July seems to be aeons away...
