Set to strike worldwide on November 8th, Activision's highly anticipated Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has already received a series of specially banded headsets from Turtle Beach that are compatible with the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles as well as with PC systems.

The series will be comprised out of four different headsets, each with its own unique set of features, but all of these include audio presets designed specifically by the audio teams at developers Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games.

The most advanced CoD headset planned by Turtle Beach is called the Ear Force DELTA and it includes 7.1-channel Dolby Surround sound with Bluetooth chat.

This comes packed inside a specially-themed carrying case and is pre-loaded with unique custom Modern Warfare 3 presets and voice prompts.

Next in line is the Ear Force BRAVO that sports the same presets as it older brother and wireless capabilities, but loses the DELTA's support for 7.1-channel audio.

The other two headsets in Turtle Beach's CoD lineup are called the Ear Force CHARLIE and Ear Force FOXTROT and both of these feature amplified sound. The former also uses a special design that includes eight acoustically-angled speakers.

"Call of Duty continues to define action while also becoming a cultural phenomenon as well as the industry standard," noted Michael Arzt, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Turtle Beach.

"As the long-time leader and innovator in the gaming audio category, Turtle Beach is excited to introduce a collection of purpose-built Modern Warfare 3 headsets with features and benefits that will far surpass gamers' expectations for licensed headsets," concluded the company's rep.

Turtle Beach's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 gaming headsets will ship to major retailers from October, 2011. Pricing starts at $99.95 for the Ear Force FOXTROT and goes all the way up to $299.95 for the Ear Force DELTA.
