Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott’s 7-year marriage is going through a serious crisis after he was caught cheating on her with a random woman during a business trip to Canada. He is now in rehab after owning up to his indiscretion but, even if she doesn’t want to continue married to him, Tori feels like she has no other choice but to.

Reports claim that this wasn’t Dean’s first infidelity because, in fact, he had been cheating on Tori for years, with both men and women (allegedly). Tori too knows that because she recently hired a P.I. to keep an eye on her husband: she was hoping to hear something that would make her fears go away, but got the exact contrary of that.

She’s thought about getting a divorce but the fact that they don’t have a prenup will tip the scales in favor of staying married. Tori is convinced that, if she files for divorce, Dean will take her to the cleaners in the proceedings.

“She would definitely kick Dean to the curb if she could financially afford to do so. Tori has admitted she would file for divorce from Dean, but she is afraid she would go broke. The couple has no prenuptial agreement, and Tori is the sole breadwinner,” a source close to the former “Beverly Hills 90210” star says for Radar Online.

“Dean wouldn’t settle for anything less than joint custody, and Tori would be forced to pay him spousal and child support,” the insider explains.

That’s not the only reason why Tori regrets not signing a prenup before getting married to Dean, another tipster says.

“With the recent allegations that Dean cheated on Tori, she’s now kicking herself for not securing the prenup with Dean. She doesn’t plan on divorcing Dean, but feels that a prenup might could have prevented him from cheating on her,” the source explains.

It’s arguable that Dean wouldn’t have cheated with a prenup but, assuming there’s any truth to the claim that Tori isn’t divorcing him because they don’t have one, there’s no denying her predicament would have been smaller now.
