Music games are a veritable never-ending sack of profit for the companies that are responsible for them as they generate a huge amount of income from sales of copies, instruments and new content in the form of songs via DLC.

After yesterday's announcement about the tracks that would appear this week on the Rock Band Music Store for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles, Harmonix and MTV Games have jumped the proverbial gun and revealed what songs next week will hold for Rock Band and Rock Band 2 owners to play.

Gamers will get a chance to play six songs from legendary musician Toby Keith, as he will be making his debut on the Rock Band Store with some of his most famous songs ever recorded. A true entrepreneur, Keith was not only famous for his singing but also managed to star in two feature films and holds a restaurant franchise and a record label for young new artists.

The songs that will be appearing on the Rock Band Store include his first number one hit, Should've Been a Cowboy, and popular tracks like Beer For My Horses or Who's Your Daddy. Named the Toby Keith 6-Pack, the DLC will be available on Tuesday, April 7, on the Xbox Live Marketplace and on Thursday, April 9, on the PlayStation Store.

Here's the complete tracklist:

Toby Keith “Beer for My Horses” Toby Keith “I Love This Bar” Toby Keith “She’s a Hottie” Toby Keith “Should’ve Been a Cowboy” Toby Keith “Who’s Your Daddy?” Toby Keith “How Do You Like Me Now”

As always, all the tracks are original master recordings, and will go for 1.99 dollars or 160 MS Points each, or as a whole pack for just 9.99 dollars or 800 MS Points. All in all, a lot of people will gladly pay up to play these great songs with family and friends.
