14 DAY TRIAL // Today, wireless carrier Three UK announced the introduction of additional pricing options for its customers interested in the purchase of an iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G with a contract agreement with the wireless carrier.
Three is only one of the wireless carriers in the UK which put the new device on sale on its airwaves today, as Orange also made a similar move.
“We are delighted to launch new pricing options for iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G, in addition to our competitive SIM-only plans for iPad in the UK,” said Marc Allera, sales and marketing director at Three.
“Our network is the largest 3G network in the country and came first in the two most recent YouGov surveys of Mobile Broadband customers - ensuring our customers enjoy the very best mobile performance on iPad.”
The iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G models are differentiated based on the amount of internal memory they can deliver, namely 16GB, 32GB and 64GB.
Three UK customers can enjoy a £25 per month plan with 15GB of monthly data allowance on the wireless carrier's network, with the iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G priced at £199, £249, and £349, respectively, upon the signing of a 24 months agreement.
The Apple iPad offers users the possibility to enjoy a wide range of applications, while also benefiting from various connectivity options, as well as from appealing entertainment capabilities.
“iPad allows users to connect with their apps and content in a more intimate, intuitive and fun way than ever before,” the wireless carrier announced.
With the new device, users are able to connect to the Internet to browse the web, read and send emails, access social networking sites, and more.
Not to mention that iPad comes with a fast 1GHz application processor, as well as with a 9.7-inch touchscreen display, and a wide range of other features too.
iPad with Wi-Fi + 3G can “deliver up to 10 hours of battery life for surfing the web on Wi-Fi, watching videos or listening to music, and up to nine hours of surfing the web using a 3G data network,” the wireless carrier announced.
