Wireless services provider Three UK is one of those carriers who will have the new Nokia Lumia 800 smartphone available for its customers on launch day, namely November 16th.

The carrier has already announced plans to make the device available for its customers and even added it to its coming soon page, and announced earlier today that it will have it available starting with November 16th

“The Nokia Lumia 800 will be available from 16th Nov. We’ll be opening 2 of our Oxford St stores at 8am with £30 bill credit till 12pm,” Three UK has just announced via Twitter.

The new Nokia mobile phone is the first handset from the Finnish vendor to run under Microsoft's Windows Phone operating system.

The device was unveiled last month during the Nokia World conference and will arrive in a handful of markets before the end of this year, while being set to hit more of them starting with early 2012. Nokia Lumia 800 was unveiled to the world with a 3.7-inch touchscreen display and with a design similar to that of the Nokia N9.

However, unlike the MeeGo-powered mobile phone, the Lumia 800 arrives on shelves with three buttons on the front, and also with a dedicated camera button on the right side.

The rest of the handset's specifications remain the same, including the 16GB of internal memory, or the 8-megapixel photo snapper packed on the handset's back.

Nokia Lumia 800 arrives on shelves with HD video recording capabilities, and also includes WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as support for 3G networks.

The handset was also packed with GPS receiver, as well as with Nokia's own navigation solution, Nokia Maps, and with Nokia Drive, for voice navigation.

On November 16th, the Nokia Lumia 800 will arrive in the UK both via wireless carriers, as well as unlocked through various Nokia retail partners, the handset vendor confirmed a few days ago.
