UK mobile phone users will soon be able to purchase new flavors of Nokia Lumia 800, the first Windows Phone handset from the Finnish vendor.

Following the initial release of the mobile phone in Black, which should happen on November 16th, a cyan iteration of the device is expected to become available in December, some of the latest news on the matter suggest.

According to the guys over at Pocket-lint, early December will bring along the cyan flavor of the mobile phone to the UK market, while early 2012 will have the pink version of the device available in the country.

This is not the first time that news on Cyan and Pink flavors of the Nokia Lumia 800 emerge, but no specific info on when these devices actually arrive on shelves has been available until now.

Apparently, Nokia aims at making the cyan flavor of the mobile phone available two weeks after the initial launch, and the first week of December has been set as the release time frame.

As for the pink Nokia Lumia 800, it will be released only after Christmas, and might have been pushed all the way to early 2012.

As for the black version of the mobile phone, is was already confirmed to be on its way to the UK market on November 16th, just as announced during the Nokia World conference.

Some rumors suggested that Nokia might have decided to delay the release of the SIM-free version of Lumia 800, but it seems that partner retailers will be selling it off contract as well starting with the next week.

Lumia 800 is the first Windows Phone device from Nokia, featuring a 3.7-inch touchscreen display and a 1.4GHz application processor, along with an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, with HD video recording, 16GB of internal memory, and enhanced connectivity capabilities.
