The T?RQ N100 from Sound Solutions is a Pocket PC that combines the features of a PDA with those of a phone and GPS device. All these are available inside a stylish and compact device measuring 119 x 62 x 23 mm.

The handset features an ergonomic design with a TFT LCD touchscreen capable of displaying a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels in 65536 colors. A 1.3 megapixel camera is present, which can take pictures at a minimum 1280 x 960 pixels resolution or capture video, along with a microphone for voice recording.

The processing power is provided by a Samsung S3C2440 400 Mhz processor, accompanied by 64 MB of SDRAM memory. Data can be stored in the 128 MB of Flash ROM, which can be further extended via miniSD cards.

The included RoyalTek GPS module, featuring the SiRFStar III high sensitivity chipset, eliminates the need of a separate tracking device. The T?RQ N100 has GSM capabilities, which means that it can be used as a phone.

The handheld runs on Windows Mobile 5.0 and has access to the usual Office applications, Internet Explorer and Media Player, as well as other phone and multimedia tools.

The Li-Ion battery offers on average 3.5-4 hours of talk-time or 10-15 hours of Pocket PC usage.

The handheld is heading for US next month, but the price of the phone is yet unknown.
