Nokia announced only a few days ago the launch of its 5330 XpressMusic device, and we can already see the handset bearing T-Mobile's logo. This would mean that, aside from the already common features for any XpressMusic device from Nokia, like the multimedia support and the FM Radio capabilities, the handset will also include support for the operator's 3G networks.

According to the news, the device has been confirmed to be heading towards the carrier's offering, and it is expected to become available for purchase sometime in the June – July time frame, so as to be on the shelves for the back-to-school shopping season.

The specification list of the upcoming Nokia 5330 XpressMusic shows it as supporting GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz), UMTS (900/1700/2100MHz or 850/1900/2100MHz) bands, while also including support for GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA for data transfers.

The XM handset also sports a 2.4-inch TFT screen, which is able to provide a QVGA (240 x 320 pixel) resolution and support for 16M colors, as well as a 3.2-megapixel photo snapper with flash and video recording capabilities. The phone's music player comes with support for MP3/AAC/AAC+/eAAC+/WMA/Midi, and there is also a video player included.

The Nokia 5330 XpressMusic also sports Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, 70MB of internal memory coupled with a microSD memory card slot for additional storage space, as well as messaging capabilities that include MMS, SMS, and email support. Users will also be able to enjoy support for Nokia Music with Ovi Contacts and Nokia Maps with aGPS.

The mobile phone measures 101mm x 47mm x 14mm (4.0″ x 1.8″ x 0.5″) and weighs 113g (4.0oz). It packs a 1000mAh battery that is able to provide up to 7.7 hours of talk time, as well as about 14.6 days of standby time.
