Wireless carrier T-Mobile USA has announced today that it will soon add a wide range of new mobile phones to its lineup, among which users will be able to find a series of devices based on Google's Android operating system, along with a compact touch-screen device and a stylish flip phone. According to the mobile phone operator, the new devices will offer a choice for any user out there, either looking for a leveraged experience on Android or for an easy-to-use phone with Web browsing capabilities.

T-Mobile is focused on driving a wide variety of innovative products for our customers that help them stay connected through voice, e-mail, social networks or the latest Android Market applications,” said Travis Warren, director of product marketing, T-Mobile USA. “We’re thrilled with the assortment of devices this holiday season, particularly the numerous Android-powered phones with features that range from personalization to premiere music experiences to multimedia entertainment and social networking.”

The list of new phones includes the T-Mobile myTouch 3G Fender Limited Edition, with a guitar-inspired wood-grain finish, a variety of Google services, a 3.5mm headset jack, and pre-loaded video and audio clips on a 16GB microSD memory card. The Android operating system will also come to T-Mobile customers on the new Samsung Behold II, which boasts a 3.2-inch AMOLED touch-screen display and great multimedia features, not to mention the Samsung TouchWiz user interface for an enhanced experience.

The Motorola CLIQ with MOTOBLUR is yet another Android phone to reach T-Mobile's airwaves soon, and it should deliver great connectivity and synced contacts, posts, messages, photos and more from sources like Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, and Gmail, as well as work and personal e-mail. The handset has been already announced to become available for purchase starting with November 2, for a price tag of $199.99 upon the signing of a two-year service agreement.

Other handsets that will soon make their way into T-Mobile's offering are the T-Mobile Tap and the Nokia 3711. The former comes with a touchscreen display, a 2-megapixel photo snapper, 3G connectivity, stereo Bluetooth, GPS, music player and support for TeleNav. The latter sports a flip design, built-in GPS, a 2-megapixel camera with video recording capabilities, 3G network connectivity, stereo Bluetooth, T-Mobile web2go, as well as instant messaging and e-mail. The T-Mobile Tap will come later during the ongoing year, while the Nokia device should become available in the following weeks.
