Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II will be getting some fresh downloadable content in the near future, as LucasArts, its developer, has just revealed that Starkiller, the hero of the game, will be going through some new and exciting adventures.

According to the developer, the new DLC, like the one released for the original Force Unleashed, will take lots of liberties with the continuity of the Star Wars saga, and see Starkiller appear in unlikely places.

This expansion will carry the Jedi warrior to the forest moon of Endor, where he will do battle with lots of interesting creatures, including Ewoks.

"However, we like to call this an "infinite storyline", much like the Hoth Bonus Mission from the first Force Unleashed game that gave us an alternate take on that iconic battle from the Empire Strikes Back," revealed Gio Corsi, LucasArts Singapore executive producer.

"As Gamers and fans of the Star Wars universe, the infinite storyline allows us a "what if" moment that scratches an itch by rolling the dice with established Star Wars characters or scenarios. It's a pretty sweet opportunity. And yes, there will be battles with Ewoks!"

As usual, achievements and trophies will be included in the DLC, and Starkiller will have all of his powers leveled up right from the get go, so he can start defeating enemies left and right.

The Endor DLC won't take into account your actions in the actual game, as Starkiller will go into full Sith mode in order to start defeating the fuzzy little Ewoks on their home planet.

The LucasArts executive also revealed that Starkiller may receive other adventures in the future, as well as a special character skin pack that will be priced at 1 dollar, but the team is focusing on this new DLC.

No price or date have been revealed, but expect more details in the following weeks.

Do you want to see Starkiller's adventure continue or is The Force Unleashed II's Jedi mind trick not strong enough to persuade you to buy this new add-on?
