Some new images of the Samsung SGH-J600E slider phone have just emerged, revealing a highly appealing design and a pleasant surprise coming from this producer. It's both elegant and fresh, although it perfectly continues the line of previous devices coming from Samsung.

The number of slider phones that this mobile phone producer has released up to this point is overwhelming. Most of them resemble each other and set themselves apart from others only through their performances. Samsung SGH-J600E is another slider coming from this producer, but one slightly different.

The device looks more like LG's Chocolate phone, with the same sharp lines and lack of any curved shapes. The phone comes in fairly compact sizes, at only 97 ? 44 ? 15 mm and only 85 grams in weight, which make it one of the smallest slider phones out there. Aside from its interesting appearance, the handset manages to pack only average performances, as it proves to be more of a middle-ranged device.

Samsung SGH-J600E comes equipped with GPRS and EDGE connectivity. Moreover, it also brings Bluetooth 1.2 capabilities, as well as infrared and Wi-Fi to make a more complete package. There is plenty of room for upgrading here, as 3G and Bluetooth 2.0 would make a considerable improvement.

The 1.3 megapixel camera is capable of taking captures of average quality only. The phone looks to take care of the entertainment issue through an FM radio. Moreover, the 20 MB of internal memory is completed through a microSD card slot that can take up to 2 GB of data. The one drawback that Samsung SGH-J600E has to bring is its 1.9-inch display screen, capable of supporting a resolution of only 128 x 160 pixels.

There is no information on the launch date of this Samsung SGH-J600E mobile phone, which also goes for the price and market where it should be released on.
