Some of the new BlackBerry 7 smartphone that have been recently announced by RIM will soon hit shelves at Sprint.

According to a Sprint flyer leaked courtesy to the guys over at BGR, the carrier will soon debut the BlackBerry Bold 9930, which is priced at $249.99, as well as the BlackBerry Torch 9850, which costs only $149.99.

Obviously both prices require a new two-year agreement, but customers who want to pay the full price for any of the two smartphone are free do to so, as Sprint price the Bold 9930 at $499.99 outright, while the Torch 9850 costs $449.99 off-contract.

The carrier already confirmed the launch of both smartphones last week, but mentioned that it will reveal their prices closer to their release date.

Although Sprint has yet to make the prices official, at least we know what to expect from other US major carriers who are planning to release the devices.

As we already reported, Bold 9930 and Torch 9850 are powered by the next-generation BlackBerry 7 operating system, which was especially designed to deliver the ultimate in communications, multimedia and productivity.

While the Bold 9930 comes with a small 2.8-inch touchscreen display and a full portrait QWERTY keyboard, the Torch 9850 features a much larger 3.7-inch touchscreen display and no physical keyboard.

“BlackBerry 7 is an evolution that extends the ability to support our customers domestically and internationally as they juggle their busy personal and professional lives with one easy-to-use device. We are excited to continue our strong relationship with RIM through these new powerful devices,” said Sprint's Fared Adib.

It appears that RIM decided to bring the hardware of its smartphone up to date and equipped the Bold 9930 and Torch 9850 with more powerful 1.2 GHz processors, which makes them very fast and highly responsive.

In addition, each smartphone has been equipped with a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and HD video recording capabilities.
