Sony Ericsson T650's twin brother

Sony Ericsson T658c is the Chinese version of the T650 phone model that has been released just a few days ago. The exclusive version brings little differences from the other version, most of them language-related.

FCC has just approved this twin-looking version of the Sony Ericsson T650 phone, which means that it should soon hit the market. The handset producer has considered it necessary to have a new name for the Chinese phone version mostly to distinguish between them easier. There will surely be some differences, the main one most probably coming from the language support.

Sony Ericsson T658c surely looks like a Chinese handset, with its petite buttons and silvery design. Still, it fully shows its higher quality than that provided by regular mobile phones produced in this country. The advantage is that the Chinese will not have to go to the trouble of ripping off this phone's features in order to create a less capable version of it, as they will have a special one for themselves.

Sony Ericsson T658c will be a GSM 900/1800/1900MHz tri-band phone, just like the T650 model, which still makes no difference between the two models. The phone will support PlayNow and several applications coming from this producer. This includes VideoDJ, PhotoDJ and MusicDJ , all meant to provide all the entertainment that the user needs. The phone is also capable of handling a large number of media file types, including some of the most commonly used.

One great feature about this mobile phone is the 3.2 megapixel camera that is capable of providing image captures at a fairly high quality. Moreover, the handset is excellent for handling blogs and email accounts, as well as sending emails.

The fact that Sony Ericsson T658c has just been approved by FCC makes us hope that we'll see it available on the market in the near future. The exact price that it will come for has not been revealed, although it should be close to that of the Sony Ericsson T650 mobile phone.
