The upgraded version of K610i will have a better camera and more internal memory

When I heard of this rumor, I thought that this mobile phone would - as many others have before - come with only a change of color and the same features its predecessor packed.

Well not in this case. Sony Ericsson K620i is presumed to actually be an upgraded version of the K610i, featuring a 3.2 megapixel - therefore better - camera and 100 MB of internal memory.

As design, there's no way of telling for sure if it's going to look exactly like the K610i or whether it will have any changes, since we can't really know for sure whether this photo simply shows the k610i color-edited or the k620i.

As for the color, the Sony Ericsson K620i will apparently come in a very nice electric-blue color that livens the phone up a bit compared to the K610i that comes in grey or red.

Just like K610i, it measures 102 mm x 92 mm x 16.9 mm and weighs only 92 grams, which means that it is pretty light for a 3G phone. It is equipped, just like K610i, with a 262k color display and a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels and will most likely feature a Memory Stick Micro card slot that supports up to 1GB.

Sony Ericsson K620i will have Bluetooth and Infrared support, for connectivity and will be just as practical and easy to use as the k610i. So, those of you who currently like Sony Ericsson k610i right now, will probably like Sony Ericsson K620i, the upgraded version of K610i even more, seeing as it comes in the same design but brings a better camera and more internal storage space. But since this is just a rumor for now, we'll have to wait until we find out more about this mobile phone.
