Preparations are being made at Sony Ericsson for a major release, expected on the 6th of November. That's today and leaves little time for guessing, although rumors on three upcoming phone models have already surfaced.

Sony Ericsson's future releases will be the W890i, the W380i and K660i models, all with some pretty special features that have high chances of setting them apart from all others. This will bring two new Walkman phones and a new entry in the emotional design category.

The Sony Ericsson W890i mobile phone will be a 3G enabled one which will allow fast data transfer speeds. It will actually be an upgraded version of the W880i device and render music at high quality. The phone will also include the Play Now 4.0 and the Walkman player for rendering sounds at great levels. One interesting feature will be that the music phone also includes a 3.2 megapixel camera capable of taking great captures.

The W380i model will come equipped with a new feature, called "gesture control". This should make the best of the user's movement in order to use the device, although the producer mentioned only few details on how this will happen, exactly. It looks like this will be more of a middle range device, as it will not include 3G in its offer, quite problematic in the case of a music phone that wants to best handle music files.

Sony Ericsson K660i is the last awaited device coming from this producer. The phone will be 3G enabled and will also feature a highly appealing design. It will also allow users to browse the web in the landscape mode and have an innovative pointer cursor for best use.

There is little time left to wait until the official release from Sony Ericsson comes, bringing a great amount of details on what these mobile phones have to offer. An official announcement should arrive on the 6th of November.
