14 DAY TRIAL // Either because it was not the right time or because boyfriend of just a few weeks Jeff Miranda chose to make his intentions known on the cover of a magazine, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi chose to say no to his marriage proposal.
It’s not known whether the two actually have had the time to talk of this face to face, but Snooki set the record straight a short while back by posting a denial on her Twitter, E! Online says.
In other words, no, Snooki of MTV’s much-mediated reality show “Jersey Shore” is not getting married, regardless of Miranda’s profession of love in the pages of Steppin’ Out magazine.
“The Jersey Shore pipsqueak has rejected both her latest beau and his marriage proposal with a tweet claiming she’s now ‘single’,” E! writes.
“Just want to set the record straight. I’m single and I’m not going to get married!” Snooki wrote, thus delivering a sudden blow to Miranda who, at the time the magazine came out, must have still believed he and Snooki were an item.
“Rumors of Nicole’s romantic status have been greatly exaggerated. She is single with no immediate plans to change that,” the tiny star’s manager also says for E!, thus confirming his client’s words.
As we also informed you just the other day, in the Steppin’ Out interview, Miranda insisted he was not with Snooki for fame and free publicity but because he truly loved her, despite dating only for a few weeks.
In fact, to show just how much he loved her, Miranda got on one knee for the cover photo and popped the big question, while also stressing he wanted to make it his life mission to make Snooki happy.
He even talked having children, saying the reality star would make a brilliant mother. In fact, both would make wonderful parents, Miranda underlined.
“If we got married we would be the best parents around. She’s so loving and puts everyone else before herself. She’ll be a great mother. Once she deals with the shock I think she’ll say yes. I really do. In fact, I know she’ll say yes,” Miranda said.
As of now, the snubbed boyfriend has not yet addressed the way in which Snooki blew off both his marriage proposal and himself.
