14 DAY TRIAL // A few weeks ago, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi of MTV’s “Jersey Shore” met and fell in love with Iraq veteran Jeff Miranda. On the cover of the latest issue of Steppin’ Out magazine, Miranda proposes to the diminute reality star.
Though they’ve only been dating for so long, rumors about their relationship have been rife ever since they first met, some even saying that Miranda is out to use Snooki for publicity.
Reports even say that he has a violent past, though nothing of that can be seen in the interview coming with the magazine, Radar Online has learned.
Photos also seem to tell a different story: in the one on the cover, for instance, Jeff is shirtless (and, of course, all oiled up and tanned), standing on one knee while looking lovingly into the camera.
The caption next to the pic reads, “Jeff Miranda has a question for Snooki: Will You Marry Me?” No word yet on which is Snooki’s response.
“I want us to be together forever. I could see us having children. I want to pop the question to her,” Miranda says of his decision. He admits that the manner in which he chose to do it will probably surprise Snooki.
Still, he’s positive not only that she’ll say yes in a split second, but also that she and him will end up being brilliant parents.
“If we got married we would be the best parents around. She’s so loving and puts everyone else before her self. She’ll be a great mother. Once she deals with the shock I think she’ll say yes. I really do. In fact, I know she’ll say yes,” he says.
Miranda also promises never to break Snooki’s heart and that the two of them will grow old and gray together. As for reports that he’s only using her for publicity and fame, that’s just rubbish, he says.
To further drive the point home, Miranda says that he actually has some issues adjusting to fame and the fact that cameras are always around him. He does it for Snooki though.
“It came with the territory. But I’m willing to put up with it for Nicole. I just want to be with Nicole and make her happy. I can make her the happiest girl in the world. I have very strong feelings for her,” he says.
