Business device with TPM and WebStorage expands its horizons

The Zenbooks are not the only ASUS devices that are touching down in the lands of Singapore, as the Eee Slate B121 has also landed there.

Alas, the report that points this out did not actually have the price of the item there.

Still, with its fairly steep US price of $1,499, one shouldn't hope for something too affordable (1,087 Euro, give or take).

Then again, this is, in the end, a 12.1-inch LED-backlit product with a 64 GB SSD and Microsoft Windows 7 Professional running the Intel Core i5-470um central processing unit.

Also, the built-in Trusted Platform Module (TPM) makes sure security isn't an issue and, with one year of free, unlimited ASUS WebStorage, the device does qualify as one serious creature.

Businesses, corporate and government customers should have at least as much of a reason as consumers to buy the item.
