Paradox Interactive has announced that it will be holding its annual Interactive Convention for 2011 later in the month in New York, with seven full new titles set to be shown off for the first time and presentations planned for upcoming titles like Crusader Kings II, Magna Mundi and Sword of the Stars II.

There are no less than seven titles that Paradox Interactive has been working on until now under the cloud of secrecy and will be officially announced in New York, with speculation rife that Europa Universalis IV could be one of them.

They are: Project “Spring Break,” Project “Ice Man,” Project “Orange,” Project “Penny,” Project “Tatanka,” Project “Mayflower” and Project “Doom”.

Clues as to their real identities might be revealed by the developers working on them, including Taleworlds Studios, Neocore Games, Nitro Games, TurboTape Games, Seatribe, Radioactive Software and Colossal Order.

The game which Paradox Interactive will be showing in New York include:

Magicka Cities in Motion Pride of Nations Magna Mundi Sword of the Stars II Supreme Ruler: Cold War Crusader Kings II Dreamlords: Resurrection

Susana Meza-Graham, who is the executive vice president of publishing, stated, “The Paradox family has grown immensely over the last year to the point that we’ll have over 16 development teams present at this year’s annual convention. We'd like to think of ourselves as the games industry equivalent of Brad and Angelina, our development teams are our adopted ‘children’ and we love them all!”

Fans of the company can also take part in a contest which will see one of them fly out to New York on January 19 in order to meet the Paradox team, see all the games before their official presentation and cover the entire convention on behalf of the forums.
