14 DAY TRIAL // Yahoo! and Samsung announced today a partnership aimed at the distribution of Yahoo!’s services on Samsung mobile devices, including those that will land on the market running under Samsung's own bada OS or under Google's Android operating system. The new partnership refers to the distribution of Yahoo! Services like Yahoo! Mail, Yahoo! Messenger, Yahoo! Front Page, Yahoo! Search, Yahoo! Flickr, Yahoo! News, Yahoo! Finance, Yahoo! Contacts, Yahoo! Calendar, and Yahoo! Weather, which will arrive on Samsung's mobile phones around the world starting May 2010.

Yahoo! and Samsung have been partners since 2007, being set to offer innovative and engaging Internet experiences to mobile phone users. The expansion of their partnership should result in bringing Yahoo!'s leading services to millions of mobile phone owners, the duo stated. According to the two companies, Samsung's handsets will be launched on the market with one or more Yahoo! branded services. Among them, Yahoo! Mail offers access to favorite Web mail features, Yahoo! Messenger provides continuous connectivity with friends and family, Yahoo! Contacts and Calendar enables users check on contact information and update their calendar, Yahoo! Search delivers relevant information on the go, while Yahoo! Mobile Front Page is set to put together content and services from around the web in a single view.
Other Yahoo! branded services that should arrive on Samsung's phones include: - Yahoo! Flickr – Take, share, and discover photos and videos; geo-tag photos; and email them to your Flickr account from your Samsung phone. - Yahoo! News – Get the news you’re interested in on your phone.
