The tech giant doesn’t have plans to build an espresso machine or anything similar

Last week I told you Samsung’s new tablet the Galaxy NotePRO made an appearance on the runway at Paris Fashion Week as part of designer Juun J’s show, who also designed two tablet covers for the tech giant.

Now Sammy moves on to strike yet another atypical partnership. Caffeine lovers visiting the Illy coffee shops in the near future will notice some of the Korean giant's tables on display at the locations, reports Pocket-Lint.

Illy will be setting up demonstration booths where customers will be able to experience Samsung tablets like the Galaxy Note 10.1 hands-on. On top of that, Samsung promises some Godly intervention for any confused users, via the “Samsung Angels” service which will reportedly provide tutorials and in-depths explanations about the tablet's feats.

In the future, Illy could end up using the tablets so customers could place orders faster and reliably, but currently coffee lovers will only have an app displaying the price list at their disposal. But there's a fun twist to the applications, with coffee drinkers being able to decorate an Illy espresso cup. It would be cool if they could 3D printed afterwards, but this is not currently an option.
