Two more handsets coming from the South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung have made it into the wild recently, namely the Samsung U960 Rogue, which is reportedly heading towards Verizon's lineup, and the Samsung i5700, supposedly the Galaxy Lite, which has just received Wi-Fi certification. They both seem to be good devices, and the choice of names seems to be a fortunate one too.

Starting with Samsung U960 Rogue, it is rumored to come to Verizon as a replacement for the Glyde. The phone features a side-sliding QWERTY keyboard, has about the same height as the Glyde, and should land as soon as August 15. Seen side by side, the two handsets look very much alike, although Rogue is reportedly wider and not as thick, and there are great chances that the two are connected somehow.

According to phone Arena, which published the spy shots with the phone, Rogue's four-row keyboard should prove quite easy to use, while the wider display also adds into the equation, especially since it has a higher resolution. Until more details on the new Samsung U960 Rogue become available, check on the photos below to make an idea on the phone.

In the meantime, we should also mention that Samsung might soon come to the market with a second iteration of its already popular Samsung Galaxy device, only that, this time, it would be a more affordable flavor. The aforementioned Samsung i5700 has been already spotted on the Wi-Fi Alliance site under the name of Samsung Galaxy Lite, so Android might prove a sure bet.

However, there are no exact details on the handset for the time being, though it might feature less capabilities than the already available Galaxy, which means that it could turn into a more affordable phone mainly aimed at emerging markets. Stay tuned to learn more pieces of info on the new Galaxy Lite as soon as they become available.
