The Wi-Fi 16GB version can be purchased for $710, while the 32GB model can be acquired for no less than $910.
As the name suggests, the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G features an impressive 10.1-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels.
According to Samsung, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 will be delivered with Google's Android 3.1 Honeycomb on board, instead of the stock 3.0 iteration.
Like other Samsung tablets, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 comes with Samsung's proprietary TouchWiz UX user interface.
Software-wise, the tablet offers users a wide range of rich multimedia features, refined multitasking capabilities, customized user interface options, unique Samsung Hub services, integrated Office programs and more.
Furthermore, the tablet is equipped with a dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor and packs 16GB/32GB of internal memory and 1GB of RAM.
Although the tablet lacks a microSD card slot, there is enough storage even for the heavy users who like to save thousands of multimedia files, including music, photos and videos.
The Wi-Fi Galaxy Tab 10.1 is thinner (8.6mm) and lighter (570g, battery included) than the average tablet, and features a sleek form factor with allows for impressive power and mobility.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 sports a 3.0-megapixel photo snapper with LED flash and video recording capabilities (720p HD), as well as a secondary 2.0-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls.
Video chats are also possible for Android tablets via the latest version of Skype, which is now available on more devices.
