Good news of those who are anxious to get their hands on Samsung’s latest flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S 4, as T-Mobile USA might debut the handset earlier than expected.

Although the Magenta carrier previously announced that the Galaxy S 4 would arrive on its airwaves on May 1, TmoNews claims the smartphone is not set to be released on April 24.

That’s exactly the same date HTC One has been recently confirmed to make its debut at T-Mobile. In fact, this might be one of the reasons Samsung decided to launch the Galaxy S 4 earlier than it was previously scheduled.

The information comes in line with Samsung’s officially announcement that has gone live a few hours ago, which stated that the Galaxy S 4 would be available in the US from April.

Customers who wish to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S 4 will be able to do so starting April 24 for $150/ €115 down with 24 equal monthly payments of $20/ €15 for qualifying customers with the new Simple Choice Plan.

Keep in mind that the smartphone will be available online beginning April 24 and will arrive at select T-Mobile retail stores and select dealers and national retail stores starting May 1.

As expected, Samsung Galaxy S 4 will ship with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean platform onboard and a powerful quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor clocked at 1.9GHz.

The device comes with full support for T-Mobile’s 4G network, as well as Mobile HotSpot feature, which is included with every Simple Choice Plan.

“Samsung has a proven track record of delivering the ‘Next Big Thing’ in smartphone innovation. By combining our bold, Un-carrier moves — no restrictions, no limits and an unbeatable value — with Samsung’s leading-edge technology, you’re going to get the most from your Samsung Galaxy S 4 at T-Mobile —hands down,” said John Legere, president and CEO, T-Mobile USA.
