The Korean manufacturer has just announced the release of its first dual SIM bar phone to feature full QWERTY keyboard, Samsung Ch@t 322. The phone is scheduled for release in November 2010.

Browsing through its specs we notice that the bar phone features an enhanced DUOS UX interface which allows users to assign tasks on their home screen for easy and quick access to the information and functions that they use most.

The device includes solid social networking services integration, as it comes with a special “smart home” toolbar, which provides automatic updates of Facebook and Twitter accounts. Further, the phone also includes pre-installed instant messengers such as MSN, Yahoo, and Google talk.

“This groundbreaking combination of dual SIM cards and QWERTY keyboard represents a milestone in mobile usability, as it offers users an unprecedented level of freedom and control,” said JK Shin, President and Head of Mobile Communications Business at Samsung Electronics.

“The Samsung Ch@t 322 is the ultimate choice for those with busy social lives who need to balance that with work commitments” added Shin.

Other key features of the QWERTY feature-phone include: a 1.3-megapixel camera, 3.5mm audio port, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP support, optical trackpad, USB port, as well as GPRS and EDGE class 10 connectivity.

Even though Samsung Ch@t 322 is looking more like a low-end device feature-wise, its main target seems to be people that want to get rid of their second phone, but also use their handset for texting.

The device also addresses to those that are addicted to SNS services such as Facebook and Twitter, and want full mobility with these.

While there's no information yet regarding its price tag, it seems that Samsung plans to launch the Ch@t 322 on the market in November. The handset will be launched initially in Russia and will roll out to CIS, Southeast Asia, India, China, Middle East, and Africa afterwards.
