Samsung Infuse 4G smartphone has finally reached Canadian shores on Rogers' airwaves and is now available for purchase for as low as $149.99 with a new three-year agreement.

Although the phone has yet to be introduced online, the Infuse 4G can now be purchased at all Rogers stores across the country and authorized sellers.

According to Rogers, the smartphone can be acquired at different price options, which have been especially introduced for customers who prefer a shorter agreement, such as $449.99 on a two-year term and $499.99 with a new one-year contract.

In addition, customers who wish to avoid being tied-down with a long term contract can purchase the Infuse 4G for $549.99.

However, it is worth mentioning that major retailer Best Buy offers a much better deal for the Samsung Infuse 4G, as the smartphone is available for as low as $99.99 with a new Rogers three-year plan.

Samsung Infuse 4G is the first smartphone from Rogers' portfolio that is capable of reaching HSPA+ download speeds of 21Mbps.

Furthermore, the handset comes with an impressive 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus capacitive touchscreen display with 16 million colors support and 480 x 800 pixels resolution.

Powered by Google's Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) along with Samsung's proprietary TouchWiz 3.0 UI, the Infuse 4G offers users the ultimate customization options.

Even though the phone is equipped with a single core ARM Cortex A8 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz instead of a dual core CPU, it still is one of the most powerful Android devices introduced by Rogers.

Additionally, the smartphone boasts a superior 8-megapixel main camera with autofocus, LED flash, touch focus, face and smile detection, as well as a secondary 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls.

Other highlights of the Infuse 4G include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity, Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP support, 16GB of internal memory, microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB, 2GB memory card included), as well as integrated GPS.
