Robert Pattinson is not just the hottest vampire (of all time, as Kanye West would say), but he’s also the most stylish Brit, a recent poll by Glamour UK has revealed.

After consulting with the fans and paying close attention to what all the men considered for the title wore on the red carpet for the past year, Glamour has spoken.

The most stylish Brit is Robert Pattinson, known to fans all over the world mostly for his part as Edward Cullen in “The Twilight Saga,” where he plays a brooding and very much in love vampire.

“Tartan lumberjack shirts and jeans when out and about, drool-inducing tailored suits and skinny ties when on the red carpet,” Glamour says of the actor’s style.

“Robert Pattinson is certainly the crush of the moment but he can now add Britain’s Most Stylish Man to his long list of accolades,” the magazine says.

Coming up next is the exact opposite of Pattinson, at least in terms of style: Gerard Butler. Known for his complete disregard for all things fashion, this is one star who still manages to look incredible no matter what.

“This cheeky Scot boasts a ‘devil-may-care’ attitude when it comes to fashion. ‘It’s amazing how much time and effort it takes for me to look rumpled,’ he says. Yes but, boy, does he look good,” Glamour says.

Number 3 and 4 go to two “Harry Potter” stars: Rupert Grint, for being enough of a daredevil to play with textures and unexpected combinations between them, and Daniel Radcliffe, for taking fashion one step further by breaking all the red carpet rules.

David Beckham, once known as the trendiest, most stylish and daring Brit to have walked the face of the earth (exaggeration intended) lands at number 5, but is still the same fashion icon that has made of accessorizing pure art.

“The sarong era is well and truly over. The footballer and international icon has many style followers, including heavyweight A-listers like Tom Cruise & Usher. From Armani suits to his training kit – Becks knows how to accessorize any and all threads to perfection,” Glamour writes.

The remaining 5 positions of top 10 are occupied as follows: Orlando Bloom, Ed Westwick, the boys from JLS, Jude Law and Ewan McGregor, who looks just as stunning in jeans as he does in a kilt, with a cigarette dangling in a corner of the mouth.
