14 DAY TRIAL // A second, totally red-band trailer for Robert Rodriguez’s “Machete” sequel, “Machete Kills,” has been released, showing fans just what kind of an insane ride lies ahead for them.
The preview is meant to boost up interest in the film, which has a September limited release and will go wide in October.
It is available on IGN but, useless to say, it being a red-band trailer, *discretion is heavily recommended because it contains images and language that might offend.
“Machete Kills” sees Danny Trejo return as the dangerous leading man, this time going up against a villain played with absolute relish by Mel Gibson.
Charlie Sheen is the US President in need of Machete’s help, while other appearances include Amber Heard, Michelle Rodriguez, Sofia Vergara, Cuba Gooding Jr., Lady Gaga, and Jessica Alba.
Sofia’s character has a very impressive set of weapons, including machine guns and knives shooting out of her bra.
