14 DAY TRIAL // As a fan of the character Machete, I can only say that it brings me great joy to inform you that a first teaser trailer for the “Machete” sequel, aptly titled “Machete Kills,” is now available online.
Director Robert Rodriguez and leading man Danny Trejo themselves introduced it in an exclusive video for Yahoo! En Espanol OMG. You can see it embedded below, at the end of this blog post.
The film sees Trejo, Michelle Rodriguez, and Jessica Alba reprise their roles, but also brings new and extremely exciting additions to the cast such as Lady Gaga, Mel Gibson, Sofia Vergara, Amber Heard, Antonio Banderas, and Charlie Sheen, who, for this project only, goes by his real name of Carlos Estevez.
The teaser is too short to actually offer a lot to go on, but it’s long enough to get you even more excited for the project.
“Machete Kills” is scheduled for theatrical release on September 13.
