Appbrella, a developer of top-tier learning and entertainment apps for children, recently announced Rain Go Away ABCs 1.0 app for iPhone and iPad. The software is a thrilling interactive app that includes lots of hand-painted art, jiggle and tilt animations, as well as indoor activities for parents and children to do together

Rain Go Away ABCs has been released just in time for the fall season, when the the school starts.

I'm not sure if this is good or bad advertisement, but the developer states that the app is perfect for and a lifesaver on long, rainy afternoons.

The application is designed in the form of pages, that includes interactive animations with sound effects for toddlers and preschoolers to discover.

"Parents seek a balance between technology and the offline world when entertaining and educating their kids," said Appbrella founder, Andy Volanakis.

"Rain Go Away ABCs blends the magic of iPhone and iPad with traditional offline play to create a wonderfully engaging learning experience for children," continued Volanakis.

Further, users can jiggle or tilt the screen to take an X-ray of a wonderful little fish, make it rain meatballs into a bowl of spaghetti, help a mail-carrying mouse parachute to safety, watch a retro breakdancer find his groove, and many more.

As the this is an educational software, children will be able to learn letter names, phonetic letter sounds, and word pronunciation/spelling.

Even parents will be able to discover indoor crafts and activities that reinforce what their children have learned.

Rain Go Away ABCs requires an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad device running iPhone OS 3.0 or later, as well as 13.8 MB storage space.

Rain Go Away ABCs 1.0 can be downloaded exclusively from the AppStore for $1.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies). It is available worldwide in the Education category.
